September Prompts for Unplug/Replug Mode
Surrendering to taking stock
It’s September and I’m surrendering to it.
Lately I’ve been feeling like I’ve lost the plot…got taken under by the summer tide—coming up, looking around, and asking, ‘wait where are we?’
Anyway, taking stock feels in order.
I like to think of this time as an off-ramp, when the background noise shifts subtly in tenor and it feels appropriate to tend to your own flame. To analyze, to wonder about what to want, to adjust pacing, to appropriately direct effort, to remember a why.
Prompts for this month are meat & potatoes. They’re like coming in after a day at the beach—skin hot from the sun, hair wet from the shower, ready to chug a sparkling water from the fridge. An unplug, a replug.
It’s not about being better, it’s not about goals, it’s about a foundation you can rely on; about locating the you of now.
