Hi Moon Crew,

Hope this first week of a new year is treating you kindly.

If you’re looking to begin the year with something new, a refined focus, and/or a way to keep track of either of the above…a new digital Moon Lists Workbook Volume 03 is available (!) and if you are intrigued you may download it here.

I keep simplifying the structure of what feels useful in book form, so you’ll find this purposefully pared back — prompts, space to reflect, and that’s it. Less distraction or design, and more tapping into a way of thinking that requires specificity and actual answers rather than vague platitudes or boring complaints.

I like this analogy, considering of a shift in thinking as if moving from one room in the house to another: Ada Limón wrote, “I am not prone to loneliness…I don’t need a crowd. But I like the way I move in an empty house. It feels more like moving around in my brain, from room to room I go on wandering.”
