It's New: (Special Edition) Digital Workbook
Show me to me.
Hi. A small, new thing on the second Wednesday of the year (or, what I would assume is the date we officially agree on that the “it’s the new me” beat goes back into off-season).
12 months of prompts (8 prompts/month)
Additional ideas & readings in between the monthly prompts
55-page PDF in printable format (US Letter, 8.5 x 11 inches)
This download is complimentary for Substack paid subscribers (scroll to the bottom of this post for your link)
It’s also an excuse to start inching toward some new Moon Lists terrain:

I’ve been dragging my feet on getting started, so here’s my first step: this download costs $12, of which 100% of proceeds will be donated to Active Minds, which is a not-for-profit that is focused on making it easier for young people to find both mental health support as well as to de-stigmatize barriers to ever seeking support in the first place.
And because I choose favorite children, these are a few of the prompts I like best in this edition (and a sampling for your own context):
