It’s like an IN / OUT list, but not.

Every year I like making a list like this to look at some of the ideas that are haunting me, or perplexing me, or nourishing me, or some Venn diagram of all. Find your own meaning (or don’t!) — in the literal, abstract, or interpreted in whichever which way you so desire.

I love the idea of showing up to a moody New Year’s dinner with a crisp blank sheet included at each table setting (bonus points for including a nice pen — a silent, eternal personal AWAY is restaurants that put a cup of dull crayons & butcher table on the table for anyone who is feeling artsy. Just…no.)
